You can upload your own design or request help from our in-house designers, choose your product, and we’ll handle the printing and delivery straight to your door.
2. Can I design my own merch on the site?Yes! Our platform lets you upload your design directly to product templates or use our design request option if you’d like us to help bring your idea to life.
3. What kind of products can I customize?We offer over 200+ apparel and souvenir items, including T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, caps, mugs, and more.
4. Is there a minimum order quantity?No minimums! You can order a single piece or hundreds — whatever suits your needs. MercHub is built for solo creators and bulk orders alike.
5. How long does it take to print and deliver my merch?Most orders are printed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to get your order to you fast and efficiently.
6. Can I request a custom design if I don't have one?Absolutely. If you don't have a ready-made design, our creative team can work with your ideas or brief to craft something original and print-ready.
7. What type of printing do you use?We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Screen Printing, and Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) — depending on the product type and order volume — to ensure high-quality, durable prints with vibrant colors.
8. Can I sell my designs through MercHub?Not yet — but we’re working on launching a creator marketplace where you can upload designs, sell your merch, and earn profit without handling production or shipping. Stay tuned!
9. What if I receive the wrong item or a defective print?Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a wrong item, misprint, or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll resolve it with a free reprint or refund.
10. Do you accept bulk or business orders?Yes, we offer bulk order support and can handle custom merch needs for businesses, schools, events, churches, and more. Reach out for a custom quote and special pricing.
11. Where do you ship to?We offer nationwide shipping across Nigeria and are expanding to other regions. International orders may be available on request — contact us to confirm availability and cost.
12. How do I track my order?Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its delivery status in real time.
