- Upload Your Design: Already have a logo, artwork, or slogan? Simply upload it in PNG, JPEG, or SVG format. Our system will show you a preview of how it looks on your selected item.
- Request a Custom Design Don't have a design yet? No problem. Our in-house design team can help bring your ideas to life. Submit a design request with a brief, and we'll send you a preview before printing.
- Enter your shipping details
- Choose a payment method
- Review your order summary
- Apply any promo codes (if applicable)
- Your items are printed with care using high-quality DTG, screen printing, or heat transfer methods (based on your order and product type).
- Our team ensures quality checks before dispatch.
- Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number once it's on the way.

- Regional Delivery (within Nigeria): 4-7 business days

We've got you covered
At MercHub, every item is made just for you - whether you uploaded your own design or worked with our team. While we don’t accept returns for custom-made products unless there's an issue, we do stand by the quality of our work and will make it right if something goes wrong.
When You're Eligible for a Return or Refund
You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or product type)
- Your product arrived damaged or misprinted
- The design or placement is noticeably off or incomplete
- Your order was never delivered, based on tracking
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect sizing selected during order
- Slight color or positioning variations due to display differences or manual alignment
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product
- Send your request to: info@merchub.com
- Reprint and resend your order at no extra cost, or
- Issue a refund back to your original payment method
- Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
