Step 2: Upload or Create Your Design: You have two options here:

1. Upload Your Design: Already have a logo, artwork, or slogan? Simply upload it in PNG, JPEG, or SVG format. Our system will show you a preview of how it looks on your selected item.
2. Request a Custom Design Don't have a design yet? No problem. Our in-house design team can help bring your ideas to life. Submit a design request with a brief, and we'll send you a preview before printing.

Step 3: Customize & Preview Use our easy-to-use mockup tool to adjust placement, sizing, and color contrast. You'll see a live preview of how your design will appear on the product - so you can tweak it until it looks just right. Step 4: Add to Cart Once you're happy with your design, select your quantity, size(s), and any additional preferences, then click "Add to Cart." You can add multiple items or styles before checking out. Step 5: Checkout Securely Proceed to checkout where you'll:

• Enter your shipping details
• Choose a payment method
• Review your order summary
• Apply any promo codes (if applicable)

We accept multiple payment options, and your information is always safe and secure. Step 6: We Print & Ship Once your order is confirmed, we take it from there:

• Your items are printed with care using high-quality DTG, screen printing, or heat transfer methods (based on your order and product type).
• Our team ensures quality checks before dispatch.
• Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days, and you'll receive a tracking number once it's on the way.

• Design Approval (if applicable): Orders with custom design requests may take an extra 1–2 days for mockup approval before printing begins

Delivery Timeline. Shipping time begins after your order has been printed and packaged.

• Local Delivery (Nigeria – major cities): 2-5 business days
• Regional Delivery (within Nigeria): 4-7 business days
• International Shipping: Available on request - contact us for a quote and estimated delivery time.

Packaging & Presentation. All orders are securely packaged to prevent damage and keep your merch fresh and crisp. Bulk orders are carefully boxed and labeled for group or event distribution. Order Tracking. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can:

💸 Shipping Rates. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Weight and packaging
• We offer flat rates for small packages and discounted rates for bulk orders.

🚚 Shipping Time (after production) NG - Within Nigeria 🌍 International (on request) Estimated: 7-15 business days depending on destination and courier
Note: International delivery availability and costs are confirmed on a per-request basis. 📦 Order Tracking All shipped orders come with a tracking number. You’ll receive tracking info via email or SMS once your order is dispatched so you can monitor its progress in real time. Things to Keep in Mind

We've got you covered At MercHub, every item is made just for you - whether you uploaded your own design or worked with our team. While we don’t accept returns for custom-made products unless there's an issue, we do stand by the quality of our work and will make it right if something goes wrong. When You're Eligible for a Return or Refund You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

• You received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or product type)
• Your product arrived damaged or misprinted
• The design or placement is noticeably off or incomplete
• Your order was never delivered, based on tracking

What’s Not Covered: We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect sizing selected during order
• Slight color or positioning variations due to display differences or manual alignment

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product

We'll respond within 48 hours to confirm your request and provide next steps. What Happens Next?: If your claim is approved, we will:

• Reprint and resend your order at no extra cost, or
• Issue a refund back to your original payment method
• Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
